Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged during transit
• The product delivered is different from the one ordered
• The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with order details, images, and a clear description of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of gemstones and spiritual products, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Certified or non-certified natural gemstones
• Rudraksha and spiritual items
• Products purchased based on astrological or personal consultation
• Customized, energized, or special-order products
• Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery

Return & Exchange Process

• Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product
• Share clear images/videos of the product and packaging
• Our team will verify the request
• Once approved, return instructions will be shared
• Exchange or replacement will be processed after product inspection

Vinayak Jewellers reserves the right to accept or reject any return request after verification.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are not applicable for gemstones, Rudraksha, or spiritual products
• In approved cases, exchange or store credit may be offered
• Shipping charges are non-refundable

Shipping Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for safe packaging while returning products
• Any damage during return transit will not be the responsibility of Vinayak Jewellers

• Slight variations in color, shape, or texture are natural in gemstones and are not considered defects
• Product images are for representation purposes only
